Presorting for Periodicals

This high-end CASS- and PAVE-certified mail automation program features Turbo Dial-A-ZIP^® for Internet-based address correction at speeds of up to 2500 records per minute. AlphaMailer does periodicals presorting and contains a built-in, user-configurable address database that offers extended fields for customized use. In addition to providing presorts for periodicals mailing, it meets the U.S. Postal Service presorting requirements for First-Class or Standard Mail Automation letters, flats and postcards. It even does Line-Of-Travel and Enhanced Carrier Route sorting. And AlphaMailer offers letter, fax and email broadcasts, for a variety of communication options.

AlphaMailer provides access to the USPS Address Matching System (AMS) via the Internet with no setup fee and free direct access to the AMS via annual CD-ROM subscription -- select the option that best meets your needs. In addition, AlphaMailer offers real-time move updating via the Internet with additional fee.

Postal Requirements
AlphaMailer prints your mailing in tray order (no manual sorting!), with tray separators to let you know where a tray ends and the next one begins. It also prints all the necessary postal forms and the required bar-coded tray and sack labels.

Mailpiece Design
AlphaMailer includes the award-winning DAZzle Designer for design of effective, eye-catching mail pieces that get results. Create courtesy reply and business reply mail in seconds, either as an actual mail piece or camera-ready artwork complete with crop marks, without wasting valuable time learning complex postal regulations.
