Each bin, which have sensors that detect when the bins are empty, have adjustable feed and separator pressures that can be applied. The feed trays are oversized and easily detachable for the user’s convenience. The adjustable stacking table allows for either straight or criss-cross stacking for easy separation of sets. In addition, if the towers are attached to a binder of some sort, the self-centering feed guide eliminates the need for repositioning on-line bookletmakers for different size and weight stock.
The optional base adds height as well as convenient mobility with its casters. The FC 10 Twin Tower System must be used with a high capacity stacker if the system is being used offline. The FC 10 is compatible with a number of other MBM products such as binders and stackers.
